Today’s Town of Taos Council Meeting Highlights 5/29/09 – Eco Park

The Town of Taos Council approved an action to:

1) enter into a Joint Powers Agreement and a Lease Agreement with the Taos Municipal School District regarding the 23+ acre Salazar Road property; and

TCA – Taos Center for the Arts Events

This years theme: The Element of Water will remind us of the importance of water and its essential need for our existence. The show is sponsored by Taos Municipal Schools and The Town of Taos and the Taos Center for the Arts and is open to all public, private and home schooled children, K-5th grade.

The Town of Taos New Express Shuttle to Santa Fe

Taos, NM – May 18, 2009 – The Town of Taos announced a new express nonstop shuttle service to link New Mexico Rail Runner travelers between Taos and Santa Fe. The new service – The Taos Express – will run weekends this summer beginning May 21st.

The Taos Center for the Arts will be providing a rare chance for dancers to participate in a two-week long dance and theatrical experience including a performance by the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble beginning April 27, 2009 and running until May 9, 2009.
