As the Taos Real Estate MLS purges Sold statistics after five years, this is the only place that I know of that you can get detailed Taos real estate sold property statistics all the way back to the year 2000.

These are highly detailed reports, with each MLS area broken out, as well as price ranges. This year's report is 118 pages in length. If you like to crunch numbers, this report will help you to understand the Taos real estate market, and even to compare it to other economic factors in the same periods.
