<p>First, I apologize for the Realtor who, after almost 90 days on the market, doesn't feel the need to publish more than one photo of this property.  Though it is advertised "as-is" by the heirs, images would help my out-of-area customers to get an idea of condition.  It was occupied, so it's likely to be a reasonable rehab.</p>

I don't usually get to do much in the way of value alerts for foreclosure homes here.&nbsp; It's usually a condition or location issue.&nbsp; I've know about this one for a while, and now, due to today's price drop, think that it should be on the radar of some investor or handy resident.&nbsp; It will need a new septic system.&nbsp; Due to lot size, it will need to be a special septic, so the cost would be double or more that of a standard leach field system.</p>
