			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have set up automated posts of daily price change alerts for Taos real estate listings.  The posts seem to be working well, with only a link in each one from the MLS.  Clicking the link will take you to a report of price changes for the previous 24 hours.</p>
<p>What I'm not sure of, is what those who receive my weekly newsletter will see.  I'm hoping that it will be a live link just like in the post.  However, the newsletter uses a feed, and this week will be the test to see how it works.  So, those who get the newsletter will see this post, as well as several of the daily report posts.  I'll check, and if the link doesn't work, I'll have to try something else.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The pdf file embedded below is a report of all property classes showing sold properties for the first four months of 2011.  It's clear that activity is still very slow in the Taos real estate market.  It's also clear that the average and median prices of sold properties are down significantly from previous years.</p>
<p>The majority of buyers the last few months have been bargain-hunting, so cash deals are up as well.</p>
