Taos Real Estate Hotsheet – Sold Report for 7 Days

Actually, there were no closings shown in the MLS since my last report on the 5th. However, I did update the current inventory and absorption rate stats this morning for the Taos real estate market.
Days on market are getting longer, and residential median price shrinking a bit. Land prices holding, but slow to move.
