Keeping Up With Home Ownership Tax Credits
With the government instituting new stimulus initiatives almost daily, it's difficult for the average person to keep up with programs that may be of real benefit. And, it's not all about first time homebuyers, or even those "trading up" to a different home.
There are a number of tax credits for energy efficiency upgrades, including solar and wind power, which we in Taos should find interesting.
