Taos Real Estate

I've added a new chart to the Stats Page.  It's homes inventory absorption rate for the entire Taos real estate inventory.  On the days I enter the information, you'll see how many months it would take to sell off the currently listed inventory of homes based on the number of sales/month over the last 12 months.

This is the only website in the Taos real estate market with this depth of market statistical analysis, with current inventory numbers and absorption rates.  Don't forget our Hotsheet and Price Change Alert Page as well.
