Stressing With a Listed Vacation Home?

With today's Taos real estate inventory of 913 homes for sale, and 236 listed at more than $500k, there may be an owner or two out there stressing a little about keeping the home another winter. The Wall Street Journal speaks to vacation homes and ways to take money out if you can't sell right now.

If it's a ski condo in Taos Ski Valley, maybe you're about to rake in some winter rental income. Or, it could just be another winter of enjoying your burden and spending time in it. At least it helps you to remember why you bought it in the first place.
