9. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Case No. SUB / ZC 2009-13 – Vista Primavera II
Santa Barbara Builders, Inc., property owner, Abeyta Engineering, Inc., Agent; is requesting Final Plat approval of a 5-lot Subdivision and Zone Change from
R-2 to R-6. The 1.110 acre property is located at Primavera Court, off Vista Primavera Drive, within the Town limits of the Town of Taos.

B. Case No. PUD 2009-19
Dos Arroyos LLC, property owner, Mark Yaravitz, agent; requesting an amendment to an existing Planned Unit Development, which includes setbacks, trail alignment, sidewalks, CC&R revisions, subdivision plat amendment. The subdivision is located off Maestas Road in the R-4 zone of the Town of Taos. (applicant and staff are requesting a continuation)

A. Consideration of the merits of the application for Flea Market, as per section 5.12.190 A. of the Municipal Code, to be located at the Pueblo Alegre Mall, 223 Paseo del Pueblo Sur, Ian Knife, Sole Proprietor.
