Taos Real Estate Sold Hotsheet 10-6-2009
As we leave fall and approach winter, our slower Taos real estate sales season is at hand. This hotsheet doesn't show a lot of activity.
Encouraging though, in this hotsheet as in the last, we see higher residential average and median sold prices. It's more like the old averages pre-2007. The hotsheet report is below, and you can use the >> at the top right to enlarge and print.
