Taos Real Estate Statistics

I've posted the latest statistics for Taos real estate inventory in the running spreadsheets on the stats page. Dollar value and number of listings for both land and homes are down a little, but not encouraging as we enter our slower winter season.

You might want to bookmark the Stats page, as I try to give you a running inventory analysis at least a couple of times each week. Also, don't forget the Alerts page, where you can watch individual listing price changes daily, as well as view the latest MLS Hotsheet report.
