Taos Real Estate Market Activity Up
Yesterday, I ran a post about absorption rates by price range. It was based on using the solds from January through July this year. It’s been really slow, and the numbers weren’t pretty.
However, if we take just the last three weeks, there’s been some significant activity in the Taos real estate market.

Ten Year Absorption Rate for Expensive Taos Real Estate Homes
Absorption Rate is how fast we’re closing sales in the Taos real estate market. Taking the rate at which they’re closing and dividing it into the number of listings tells us how much inventory time-wise is in the pipeline.

Taos Real Estate Home Inventory High
