My last hotsheet report was on August 19th. Since then, 7 homes, 3 land parcels and 1 commercial property have closed. Other stats:

Average sold residential price of $248,700, median $237,000, average DOM 304
Land parcel average sold price of $49,022, median $65,000, average DOM 176
