Carson National Forest has agreed to public examination of an off-road vehicle management plan.  Previously, this plan was refused to the public, and the Center for Biological Diversity has been active in getting these documents released.  They have prevailed, and it is expected that the environmental assessments will be made available for public review and comment in September.
