Eggs or Kudos? – Too Soon to Tell

I predicted a while back, while the stock market was down around 8000, that we wouldn't see any appreciable buyer activity in the Taos real estate market until the Dow climbed back up and began to close regularly over the 9500 mark. Well, as I look at it for yesterday, closing around 9300, it's going to get interesting.

I don't know if there will be egg on my face, or if I'll be feeling proud to have predicted a bit of a Taos real estate market uptick. I do know that I'm getting a bit more web site activity, with requests for statistics reports. And, I have two buyers in this month! That's a great thing ... if they buy something anyway.
