I've changed the "Stats" page link at the top right of the button bar. If you click there, you'll find a running record of home and land listing inventories. I'll try to do them at least three times each week.

Our Taos real estate MLS system does not allow the Realtor to look back at a snapshot of inventory, days on market, and dollars listed in the past. That information has been lost. So, I'm placing these snapshots into a database that displays at the Stats Page, and you'll be able to see the changes in inventory over time.
