I just posted at About.com information in the latest release of the OFHEO (Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight) report on home prices. This is a thorough report broken out into nine census divisions, and Taos is part of the "Mountain" division.

Finally, in the December 2008 to January 2009 report, the Mountain division showed a small increase in home prices. Of course, with Arizona also in our census division, all numbers have suffered from the significant price drops in that state. The Mountain census division is made up of Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New
