This alert turns up a Vista Linda home, 3000 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It has had 5 price reductions since the original listing, and is approaching a price that I would consider it a value buy. In fact, if one could negotiate 3% to 5% off now, it would be a good deal.

This is an alert to a property that I've identified from my hotsheet report as a possible value. Though I haven't visited it, based on my Taos real estate market experience and the recent drop in the price, I see this as a property that may interest a value buyer.

This is listing 84116, and here's the link to the full detail report.  Even using a lower end value for the 1.25 acre lot of $75,000, if one could negotiate the current $407,000 list price down to $400,000, it would be a structure cost of around $108/sq ft.  Here's the history:
