Below, in the protected content, I have the hotsheet history report showing this week's $50,000 price drop on a well known interior designer's personal home. There is also a link (time sensitive) to the full detail listing. At the current price, with a bit of negotiation, this would be a really nice home for someone who likes a lot of special touches and color.
