Taos Real Estate

I've done the 2008 statistical reports for the Taos real estate market.  There are some snapshots for the five years 2004 through 2008 below.

For the detail of 2008, use this link, or for 2008 and more, use this link for the 105 page 9 year detailed statistics report as a PDF.  Sorry, but I need to deliver via email, so it will pull up an email address and you just hit send for immediate delivery.  Sold stats for years prior to 2004 are no longer in the MLS, so the full report at the link above  is the only place to get them.  They are highly detailed, with breakouts for each of the MLS areas.

Note that the snapshots below show a marked decline in number of sales, but the Taos real estate market continues to show higher average and median prices every year.
