Who Cares About Utility Cost & Other Stuff?
There were two listings, condos, on the report, but below $100k. I'm not promoting them as values or anything else. That's partly because I don't know enough about them. Though listed for a while there was almost no information in the standard info fields. I don't know what kind of heat, other utility information ... not much.
If you are going to pay a real estate broker a percentage of your selling price to sell your home, they should have the energy to be thorough in the entry of information to help potential buyers to consider your property for purchase. Demand a copy of your MLS listing report right after listing, the full report as seen by brokers. If it isn't complete, make them do it.
Oh, and no matter how many times I see it, it upsets me. These properties had been on the market for two to six months without a sing'e interior or exterior photo. No images, no shots of the rooms, views, nothing. In a market where sales are a competition, this is inexcusable.
