Taos Real Estate Hotsheet Report – 12/16/08

It's been a couple of weeks since the last sold property hotsheet report, so I'm placing one below. You can enlarge or print it with the >> at the upper right corner.

I can't find much to say about it, as there hasn't been a lot of Taos real estate sold during the period. It does appear that some of the properties that have been on the market a long time did move, likely because their prices dropped to a level where a buyer was waiting. Note the long days on market to bear this out.
