This home in Llano Mesa has had multiple price cuts, and now I think it's a great value.

I've shown this home a couple of times, and, based on my Taos real estate market experience and the recent drop in the price, I see this as a property that may interest a value buyer. I've shown this home several times, and I've watched the price drop from $370k to the current $275k.
