This is a foreclosure home that has gradually dropped in price to where I like the value potential.

This is an alert to a property that I've identified from my hotsheet report as a possible value. Though I haven't visited it, based on my Taos real estate market experience and the recent drop in the price, I see this as a property that may interest a value buyer. I don't usually get to do much in the way of value alerts for foreclosure homes here. It's usually a condition or location issue. I've know about this one for a while, and now, due to today's price drop, think that it should be on the radar of some investor or handy resident. It will need a new septic system. Due to lot size, it will need to be a special septic, so the cost would be double or more that of a standard leach field system.
