Taos Real Estate Sold Market Report – 10/29 – 11/13

My last sold market report was around the 29th of October, so this is about two weeks of activity. Use the >> at the upper right to enlarge or print the report.
Only one thing jumps out at me in this report. Looking at the residential average and median sales numbers, it's obvious that the homes under $300k are the ones moving. That's always been a high demand price range, but it's also now one in which there are some good homes available.
If you have a home listed just above $300k, it may be time to look at a price reduction to get it onto the radar of the value hunters that are in the market.
