Taos Real Estate

It's been 20 days since my last sold market report.  The report is below, and you can use the >> at top right to enlarge or print it.

Notice the disparity between the average and median prices of the sold homes and land.  Also, the dollar amounts are lower.  It would appear that bargain hunters are swooping in.  Or, perhaps there have been more affordable properties lately with price drops.
