Are you selling your home or land on your own, or considering it?  I'm one of the very few real estate professionals in New Mexico, actually the first, who wants to work with you in a way that works for you.

I am an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate®, and I don't need to work on the commission model.  Nor do I want to advertise or market for you if it's not what you want.  If you just want some help with the process after you find a buyer, I'm here for that too.  I can give you some package pricing for the transaction process, or just work by the hour.  You don't have to go it totally alone just to avoid high real estate commissions.

If you want some advertising for free, I can place your home in a special FSBO, For Sale By Owner, section of my website.  I will place an image there and your contact information.  All I ask is for a commission if I bring you a buyer.   How might I do that?  I will send your home's information out to my email list of buyers, currently numbering around 700.  If one of them makes an offer, our previously agreed-upon commission will kick in.  The good part is that I'll do both sides of the transaction for that amount, handling your transaction details, as well as those of the buyer.
