1) Town of Taos Special Meeting agenda for this Tuesday, September 30th – attached.

2) Tuesday night, 6:30 p.m., September 30 – Town of Taos Citizens Forum, Council Chambers, Civic Plaza Drive – formal notice attached.  These will be quarterly (Previously reported as monthly.  That’s wrong).  Next one will be December 30th.

3) Planning & Zoning Commission meeting agenda for October 1 – attached.

11) Town of Taos community partner, the Harwood Museum of Art - University of New Mexico, is pleased to announce the hire of new Development Director, Juniper Manley. Manley received her Masters in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University: Heinz School of Public Policy and Management and a BA in Arts in Anthropology from Reed College. She has been a valued member of the Harwood Alliance for the past several years and has been an active volunteer working on Harwood fundraising events and as membership chair for the past two years.  She brings to the Harwood experience in fundraising, annual giving campaigns, grant writing, and donor development. She served as Development Intern at the Carnegie Museum of Art, and Development Manager for the Santa Fe International Folk Art Market, with accompanying strengths in Business Management.  Manley, a native of northern New Mexico, has a solid knowledge of the Taos community, an understanding of the Harwood Museum and its future vision, along with a love for the arts.  Manley will join the Museum  October 1st as an employee of the UNM Foundation and a full member of the Harwood staff.  For more information please call Acting Director Deborah McLean 575 758-9826 x 105.  The Harwood Museum of Art 238 Ledoux Street, Taos, NM 87571.
