Taos Real Estate Alerts & Reports – “Protected Posts”
Please read on to find out about the posts in this category that begin with the word "Protected:" in the title. They are statistical and alerts posts only for subscribers, and they receive a special email newsletter to link them to these posts, and the reports and data. In some circles here in Taos, I'm called a real estate "geek." I'm proud of that name, as the reason for it is my concentration on technology and statistics for this market. Whenever The Taos News wants some statistical information about the market, I usually get a call, being interviewed numerous times for articles in the last few years.
You'll find a huge amount of statistical information here on this site. I also do quarterly comprehensive reports from the Taos Real Estate MLS of currently listed properties, as well as history and comparisons year over year. Once each year, in January, I do a very large report of the year's activity and this report goes back all the way to the year 2000. It is the ONLY place to get data that far back for sold properties, as our MLS purges sold information every five years. This has always been a report requiring an email request, due to its size and comprehensive nature.
I want to introduce a new service here, and provide to those who request it via private access posts here:

- Alerts for value properties located in my daily Hotsheet examination (Alerts will no longer be offered on the main site, but only via private post here, or text message if you request it.)
- Delivery of the annual report with all data back to 2000 each January. (previous year's report delivered when you sign up here)
- More "candid" comments, as my competition can't read them!

We are talking about five emails each year for the statistical reports, plus infrequent value alerts. As you can see from my previous public (discontinued) value alerts, I don't send them out unless I truly believe there is a value component in the listing or the price has beed dropped to bring it into value range. Only eight went out from June through August this year.
