Taos Real Estate – Current Homes For Sale Report 8/26/2008
With 1042 homes for sale, and an average time on market of 309 days, we certainly haven't returned to the fast marketing of the past. To put it into perspective, due to the unique nature of our market, our Days On Market for homes was around nine months, even in better times.
