How Far Do You Drop the Price Before You Take a Photo?

[singlepic=49,480,360,,center]

It’s not that I’m into bashing real estate professionals, however professionals rarely need bashing.  The problem is the selection of real estate brokers for reasons other than their expertise and abilities.  The image above is the history of a land listing in the Taos real estate MLS.

The problem here is that I have a client interested in this listing, and after 201 days on the market, there is still not one photo of the property in the MLS.  I will go out and take one for my buyer prospect, but what should the seller think if they knew that this broker isn’t even interested enough in moving their property to take a free digital photo?  Perhaps we should wait for yet another price drop to make an offer, as they will not even know if we’ve seen it or not.
