Looking at this report, some comments come to mind:

1. I removed 36 sales for Angel Fire and Red River, as I’m not sure if these are still being entered from the past, as we’re adding members there.

2. The average days on market for the sold properties is a bit more normal than the last few reports.

3.  There are currently 1010 homes actively listed, and 1173 land parcels.  Even factoring in new inventory from Angel Fire and Red River, this is a higher inventory than normal a year or two back.
