Taos Historic Museums Offers Two Day Plein Air Painting Class with
Michelle Chrisman
Taos – Professional oil painter Michelle Chrisman will teach a two day
painting workshop for the Taos Historic Museums on Saturday, July 19 and
Sunday, July 20.
Enjoy two full days of painting en plein air at three historic,
picturesque locations, including the Ernest L. Blumenschein Home & Museum,
la Hacienda de los Martinez and the Morada de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.
Chrisman is a contemporary colorist and modernist oil painter and is a
member of Plein Air Painters of New Mexico and Laguna Beach Plein Air
Painters Association. Her work is represented in several galleries in New
Mexico, Colorado and Arizona.
The class is $150 for Taos Historic Museum members and $175 for
non-members. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. To
