Looking at this report, some comments come to mind:

1. Notice the low median and average sale prices. This could be bargain hunters entering the market, but it’s well below average listing prices.
2. The average days on market for the sold properties are also significantly longer than a couple of years ago.
3. All considered, it’s still a slow market, but it looks like there are buyers. They just want to drive a hard bargain.
