3.74 acres on Tune Drive for $88,000.

Having just shown a customer numerous land parcels on and around Tune Drive, this listing caught my attention. I haven’t seen it, so it’s possible it has some vertical acreage. The side of Tune Drive on which it is situated has some drop-offs. The listing states that it is flat and mostly level though.

However, that said, it’s 3.74 acres for $88,000, MLS number 85250. That’s about $23,500 per acre, which is below sold comps by a considerable percentage. There is telephone and electric at the lot, according to the listing.
