How Taos Real Estate Value Alerts Work
I get new listings for Taos real estate homes and land each morning from the day before. I look through them with an eye for possible value plays based on my experience and the current market dynamics.
I can't guarantee value, nor do I do a thorough evaluation for this section. It is more a quick calculation, gut feeling and experience. I attempted this a year or so ago, and found that my calls were pretty good, as the value alert properties went under contract quickly. I got sidetracked with other projects, but now I'm committed to this value alert service again.
With only a few new listings each day, and the propensity of Taos sellers to price for "testing the market" I don't expect for there to be many entries in this section. One reason is my conservative streak, and I want there to be a good chance of a real benefit to my clients if I feature a property as a value.
