Three Taos Area Campgrounds in Taos Canyon

In my series of videos of campgrounds in Northern New Mexico, there are three more in Taos Canyon, all within about four miles of each other. I took these videos Memorial Day weekend, and the two Forest Service Campgrounds were closed. However the commercial one was open, with a number of campers enjoying a beautiful weekend.

These campgrounds are an easy 20 minute or closer drive to Taos, and only about 25 minutes from Angel Fire. They fill up during the summer, so you'll want to plan ahead. With the excellent snowfall last winter, the Rio Fernando will be flowing quite well for the entire summer. Have a happy camping trip on the Enchanted Circle.
