Whether you’re hiking in the summer or snowshoeing in the winter, Elliot Barker Trail is a great choice. It’s also open to horses and bicycles, so you can enjoy this beautiful setting in a number of ways.

As you’re coming down into Angel Fire, in a sharp curve in the road, is the trailhead and a small parking area. Please close the gate, and then enjoy taking one of the two trails. In the video below, I’ll show you where that decision is made, and of course, I’ll take you a little way up the EASY one.
