Looking at this report, some comments come to mind:

1. As the Angel Fire market is still uploading data, the sold stats might be older but just entered.
2. Taking out Angel Fire, there were only 8 properties closed in this period.
3. I don't see a lot of activity in any particular listing status. It's a very calm market right now.
4. Note the long average days on market and the lower-than-normal average prices.
