• A great deal of specific property information in the way of full MLS listing searches.
• Information about how the negotiation and transaction process works in the area.
• Title and Survey articles to inform visitors about land and ownership issues.
• Septic, water and utility information.
• Statistics to help visitors in learning the local markets and tracking their development.

Gallery Realty of Taos, of course, covers all of the above quite thoroughly. The statistics on this site are very detailed, and our sales stats history back to the year 2000 is available from no other source, as the MLS only retains sold data back five years.

What we do best at this site is to provide huge amounts of negotiation, transaction, septic, land, water and other real estate specific articles to allow an out of state site visitor to become quite familiar with how Taos and Northern New Mexico real estate works. Other than the 90+ page report of stats back to 2000, which is delivered via an email link, all information is freely available on this site without giving up any of your personal information.

In addition, and unlike almost all other real estate sites, I’m working very hard to make this site a resource for everything Taos and Northern New Mexico. From community events calendars to area tourism videos, Chamber of Commerce news, and Town of Taos Government information and announcements, this site is growing rapidly into the best site for just about any area tourism, business and Taos real estate information.
