Cyclists Gearing Up for the Rides of Their Lives

There is a national bicycle event coming to Taos, NM beginning Tuesday, June 10 - Saturday, June 14.  This event is worthy of your promotion and to put on your calendars.  Please see below for the PSA, and place it in your affiliated media delivery systems, including family and friends.  Help Race Across America (RAAM) and Race Across the West (RAW) spread the word!

My involvement includes emailing my contacts and friends as outlined above; please forward this press release to yours, too.  Additionally, I have agreed to find some folks that would like to meet and greet these ambitious athletes at the Kit Carson Park Finish Line.  Here’s how the race day procedure works:  I will be called by headquarters when a racer is just 4 hours from the Park.  I would then call my list of folks, like yourself, that think that playing a small part in this event is something they would like to do to support Taos and cycling.  I am asking for just one hour of your time.  Please let me know if you would like to help and which hours of which days you would like to be called.  Hint:  Choose the day and time you know you will already be in Town.

-   Finish time estimates:
First Solo Racer by Wednesday, June 11th very early in the morning
Last Solo Racer must finish by Thursday, June 12th about midday
First Team Racer by Friday, June 13th late afternoon
Last Team Racer must finish by Saturday, June 14th about midday

It’s adventure, fame and good old-fashioned fun.  Sign - up today!

Enjoy your day!  See Press Release below.
