Looking at this report, some comments come to mind:

1. As the Angel Fire market is still uploading data, the sold stats might be older but just entered.
2. Taking out Angel Fire, there were only 13 properties closed in the week.
3. I don’t see a lot of activity in any particular listing status.  It’s a very calm market right now.
