Looking at this report, some comments come to mind:

• With 18 closings and 14 going under contract, it’s still a slow market, especially for this time of year.
• Though I didn’t check, my guess is that all of the the 35 price changes were reductions.
• It looks like condos are in the doldrums a bit more than detached homes, with Taos showing two going under contract, two price drops and four withdrawn from the market.
