The document displayed reports the sold properties by price range and type for the two week period ending April 29, 2008 in the Taos County Real Estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Commentary: The market is still not very active, particularly for this time of year. In the residential section of the report, you'll note a wide disparity between the average and median price of homes sold. It looks like this is due to some lower priced home sales in the Angel Fire area.
