Taos Real Estate

Just a bit of information about what you're seeing when you search for real estate listings on most brokerage sites here in Taos.  We brokers participate in what is called the IDX, or Internet Data Exchange.  When you search the MLS listings on any of these sites, they may have a different look, but the information available for each listing will be exactly the same.

There is a very limited presentation in this IDX display, and important items about acreage and garages, etc. are omitted.  When you're on one of my search pages here, notice the links at the top.  One is to send me a form with MLS numbers that you want to know more about.  I send you back a complete set of data fields, which is MUCH more than available on the sites.

Also notice the link for alert search reports.  Once you have an idea of what you want and where, you can tell me in this short form.  I will create a custom alert search that will email you all new listings the day they're entered in the MLS by any participating broker.  You'll only receive those that match your custom search criteria.
