Every January, I prepare a detailed report from the Taos real estate Multiple Listing Service data of the sold property statistics for the previous calendar year. With the down year we’ve just experienced, it is interesting to be able to go back and see it in the context of the long term performance of the Taos real estate market.

The MLS removes sold data older than five years. Because I’ve been doing this since 2000, I have reports back to that year. I know of no other place to get this older data. I will continue to build on this report, and will always maintain the older data.
