As we do every year in January, we’ve prepared an extensive report, this year about 90 pages, of the property sold statistics for the previous year. This report takes you back for annual comparisons all the way to 2000. As the MLS database purges sold statistics after five years, we think this is the only place you can look back seven years at the sales histories for the MLS areas in Taos real estate.

If you don’t need the entire .pdf report delivered, you can look at 2007 statistics for each area of the MLS on their MLS Area Information page. On that page you’ll also find the current well depths from the state engineer’s site, the area placed on a Google Map, and a video for most areas.
