Talpa and Talpa Foothills areas are south of Taos, on the way out Hwy 518 toward Pot Creek and Penasco. This is an old area adjacent to Ranchos de Taos, with homes of all ages, types and price ranges.

Talpa is flat mesa and foothills, with good views in most areas. There is some stream frontage in the lower part of the area.
