El Salto is some of the most expensive land in the Taos real estate MLS. This is due to its location above Arroyo Seco, halfway to the Ski Valley, and the magnificent views down over the town of Taos.

About a 15 minute drive from Taos, there are streams and trees, as well as agricultural land. Construction types are varied in this area.
